The Amazing Life and Times of

Edward Carter – Unique Entrepreneur

"A Site to Behold" - It's a Book, and a Blog!

Meals at The White Elephant House are in the style of the estate – very carefully prepared and elegantly simple. Everything is the freshest possible and served straight from the stove. Dinner is a private dinner party. There is no choice of menu, however, since dinners are planned well in advance, substitutions can be made – you have only to ask.

Usually, our menus are created from the following selections. If there is something you would particularly like during your visit, let us know a reasonable time in advance.

Asian Breakfast

Continental Breakfast

American Breakfast:

Orange Juice, Eggs Any Style or Griddle Cakes or French Toast

Bacon, Sausage, Toast, Jams, Butter, Coffee, Tea, Milk.

As we do not serve lunch, we recommend lunch in the village at Somtum Inter.
